Do not manually edit the pes2013.exe. Instead:
Cause: Lodmixer settings are too low, or you have 4K kits with a weak graphics card.
Solution: Edit kitserver\lodmixer.ini.
Change:
LOD = 5.0
TurfDetail = 2
Also, ensure your config.txt has [lodmixer] enabled. If you have a modern GPU, increase "TextureMemory" to 2048.
