Yulgang Offline V8 12 is not an official product. It is a repack created by Chinese, Korean, and international reverse engineers who extracted the server binaries from a leaked development build or an older official server. The "V8 12" label is most commonly associated with a release from around 2015-2017, based on the 2007-2009 era of the game (pre-"YO Universe" cash shop overload).
