Cause: Windows driver updates during the E15 update may have overwritten the Sentinel HASP drivers. Solution: Download the latest Sentinel HASP/LDK Run-time from SafeNet. Reinstall drivers, reboot, and plug the HASP into a USB 2.0 port (not 3.0, as some older keys have issues).

Step 1: Identify Your Current Build Open Wilcom E15 → Help → About. Note the version number. If it shows a lower build than the update, proceed.
Step 2: Download the Correct Multi Lang UPD Log in to your Wilcom account or access your distributor’s portal. Search for "E15 Service Pack" or "Multi Lang Update". Ensure the file name explicitly includes "Multi Lang" or "ML".
Step 3: Close All Programs Exit Wilcom E15, your design management software, and any cloud backup services (OneDrive, Dropbox).
Step 4: Run the Updater as Administrator
Right-click the Wilcom_E15_Update_MultiLang.exe (or similar) file → Run as Administrator.
Step 5: Follow the Wizard
Step 6: Wait for Patching The process may take 5–15 minutes. Do not interrupt the process. You will see status bars for "Updating Core Files," "Updating Language DLLs," and "Updating Device Drivers."
Step 7: Restart and Verify Once completed, restart your computer. Launch Wilcom E15. Go to Help → About. Verify the build number has increased. Also, test switching languages (Edit → Preferences → Language) to confirm the Multi Lang pack installed correctly.
