The core of Wifislax 4.12 is its kernel, which is often patched to support a wide range of WiFi cards in Monitor Mode and Packet Injection. While standard Linux kernels may require manual driver installation for chips like Realtek or Atheros, Wifislax generally detects and configures these automatically, allowing the user to get straight to auditing.
An ISO is useless without proper installation. Wifislax 4.12 is designed to run as a "Live CD" or persistent USB.
