Create a new Apple ID with the region set to United States. Sign into the App Store with that ID only (not iCloud). Download Talkatone officially, then switch back to your main ID.

Even if you successfully install a sideloaded IPA using tools like AltStore or Cydia Impactor, Apple regularly checks the developer certificates used to sign those apps. When Apple detects an unofficial installation, they revoke the certificate. This causes the Talkatone app to crash immediately upon opening (a "Trust" error). Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Tap your Apple ID profile → Trust. Create a new Apple ID with the region set to United States
