The Xenia emulator has made massive strides. The Xbox 360 version of Splatterhouse suffers from fewer texture glitches than the PS3 version but has worse performance in cutscenes.

Most of these files are either console ISOs (requiring a PS3/Xbox 360 emulator) or completely fake executables that do nothing but infect your system.

Splatterhouse (2010) is considered "abandonware." Namco Bandai (now Bandai Namco) has not sold the game digitally since 2016, and the licenses for the metal soundtrack have expired. No one is making money from this game anymore.

While downloading a ROM from a public website is technically copyright infringement, companies rarely pursue individuals for 14-year-old games that were never ported. If you own the original PS3 or 360 disc, you are legally entitled to a backup copy via emulation.


Since there is no native PC port, playing this on a computer requires an emulator like Xenia.
