Allahumma iyyaka na'budu wa laka nusalli wa nasjudu wa ilayka nas'a wa nahfidu narju rahmataka wa nakhsha 'adhabaka inna 'adhabaka al-jidda bil-kuffari mulhiq.

English Translation:

"O Allah, we seek Your help and ask Your forgiveness, and we believe in You and rely on You. We praise You with all goodness, thank You, and are not ungrateful to You. We forsake and renounce those who disobey You.
