Why?
The Epson L3210 waste pads hold about 100ml of ink. After 2-3 resets, they will physically overflow, causing ink to leak inside your printer (ruining the motherboard and printhead). A better resetter user never resets more than twice without this mod.

How to do it:

Result: You can reset the counter 20+ times without ever opening the printer again. Now that is a better resetter strategy.

The Epson L3210 is an EcoTank printer. It uses ink bottles, not cartridges. Every time you clean the print head, the printer flushes a small amount of ink into a built-in "waste ink pad" inside the machine.

After hundreds of cleanings, a counter tells the printer: "The pad might be full. Stop printing to avoid a leak."

Important warning: Resetting the counter without maintaining the pad will eventually cause ink to spill inside your printer, ruining it. The "better" reset includes managing the physical waste ink. resetter epson l3210 better

Cause: Epson drivers are missing or the printer is in “error lock” mode. Solution: Install the official Epson L3210 driver first. Then power cycle the printer (unplug for 1 minute). Reconnect USB. Better resetters include a USB auto-detect – use that.

A) Replace (preferred)

B) Clean & dry (temporary)

If you cannot access the pad → some resetters let you route waste ink to an external bottle (mod required). Do not reset without action.
