In the event the Landlord terminates this exclusivity arrangement, the Agent shall remain entitled to full commission if the Landlord subsequently enters into a tenancy agreement with any party introduced by the Agent during the exclusivity period, within 6 months from the date of termination. Exclusive Right to Prepare Documents

Penalty for Breach

This clause shall be governed by Singapore law. Any dispute arising under this clause shall first be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), and if unresolved, to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules.
