Prison Break follows Michael Scofield (a structural engineer) who deliberately gets himself incarcerated to break out his older brother Lincoln Burrows, condemned to death for a crime he didn’t commit. Michael’s elaborate plan uses tattoos, engineering know-how, and alliances with other inmates and sympathetic outsiders. Across five seasons the show evolves from a single prison escape to exposing a vast political conspiracy (the Company), dealing with escape aftermath, international manhunts, and ultimately attempts to clear Lincoln and Michael’s names.
