LUTs (Look-Up Tables) are preset color grading files that instantly transform your footage. Applied in seconds inside Adobe Premiere Pro (or other editing software), they shift colors, contrast, and exposure to a specific style—without manual grading.

Before you touch a creative LUT, you must correct your footage.

Unlike DaVinci Resolve (which is built for raw power) or Final Cut (built for speed), Premiere Pro sits in the sweet spot for weddings. The Lumetri Color panel loads LUTs instantly, supports adaptive LUTs for HDR monitors, and—critically—allows you to preview LUTs by hovering over them in the Basic Correction dropdown.

Furthermore, because weddings involve 30 different camera angles (Sony A7SIII, Canon R5, DJI drone, iPhone vertical reel), Premiere Pro’s Color Management allows you to apply a master LUT to all clips from the same camera source in one click.

You have bought or downloaded a pack of premium Premiere Pro Wedding LUTs (we recommend checking out Moody Wedding LUTs Vol.1 or Alexandrusean LUTs). Now, how do you use them?
