Oracle Sql Developer 3.2.20.10 Download May 2026
Newer versions of SQL Developer are feature-rich but can be resource-intensive. On older development machines or virtualized legacy environments, version 3.2.20.10 launches faster and consumes less RAM.
While 3.2.20.10 is excellent for legacy needs, consider upgrading if:

Oracle requires you to accept the OTN License Agreement before download. Check the box and click “Download”.
Once launched, configure your first connection to a legacy database: Visual Style: It looks very "Java Swing" (blocky and grey)
Click Test. If successful, click Connect.
Note for Oracle 10g users: Under Advanced, ensure “Use OCI/THICK driver” is unchecked unless you have Oracle client installed.
Some older ETL tools, reporting engines, or in-house applications expect certain behaviors or export formats generated by older SQL Developer versions.
