Unlike "Stock" or "Full" variants, the Pico build dated 2022-02-15 includes strictly necessary components:
Excluded: YouTube, Gmail, Maps, Google Keyboard (Gboard), and Google Photos. These must be installed manually via the Play Store post-setup.
OpenGApps releases nightly builds, but not all builds are created equal. The 20220215 build holds a specific place in history.

The installer will print lines on screen. Pay attention:
