Back in 2011–2014, building a Hackintosh was much harder than today. Official methods like UniBeast/MultiBeast existed, but AMD users were largely locked out because OS X required an Intel CPU. Niresh’s distros included AMD patched kernels, opening Hackintosh to millions of budget PC owners.

Boot the Installer
Insert the DVD, restart. When the Chameleon bootloader appears, type:

Run the installer. It will copy files in about 15-20 minutes. Do not restart immediately.
Post-Install
Restart. Boot from the hard drive now. You’ll see a verbose boot. The first boot takes 3-5 minutes as it generates caches.
