The "best" sponsor is determined by the Unique Upgrade they provide. While cash bonuses are nice in the early game, money becomes irrelevant once you start winning sprint races. Unique Upgrades, however, cannot be purchased in the shop and offer performance stats that exceed standard Level 3 parts.

Before revealing the verified list, you need to understand the rules. In NFSU2, sponsors are unlocked by completing specific races, achieving a certain star rating, or progressing through Career Mode stages.
If you sign the wrong sponsor early, you permanently lose access to unique parts from their rival.
