If DNS change doesn’t work, your device may be fighting over IPv6. Disable it at the router level.
Note: This does not break your internet. Your network will fall back to IPv4, which Netflix supports universally.
An outdated client can’t speak modern TLS protocols.
Some ISPs hijack all DNS requests, ignoring your manual settings. Test this by going to https://1.1.1.1/help on another device. If it shows "Using DNS: Yes," your manual settings are bypassed. In this case, call your ISP and ask them to disable DNS hijacking or whitelist Netflix’s domains.
