You must install the Motorola USB Win driver correctly. If you plug the radio in via the programming cable (usually a USB to 2.5mm/3.5mm TRS cable) before installing the driver, Windows often assigns the wrong generic driver. You will get a "Device not migrated" error. Congratulations

Fix: Unplug the radio, uninstall the driver via Device Manager, reboot, install the Motorola driver pack, then plug the radio in. On the left side, you have a hierarchical tree
