The editable PDF includes a visible signature field. However, Poste Italiane does not accept advanced electronic signatures (FEA/QES) on this form unless explicitly agreed with the business desk. A handwritten signature is required for branch submission.
5.2 Data Privacy
All data entered in the editable PDF remains on your local device. Poste Italiane does not receive any data until you physically submit the printed copy or send it via PEC.
