Power users can bypass the GUI entirely. Version 7425 includes command-line support:

XiaoMiFlash.exe "C:\ROM\path" --mode=0 --device=abc123

(Where --mode=0 = Clean all, --mode=1 = Save user data, --mode=2 = Clean all and lock)

Download the correct Fastboot ROM for your device (e.g., davinci_global_images_V12.5.2.0.RFJMIXM_20211013.0000.00_11.0_global_769e5c3c9f.tgz).
Extract it twice – first the .tgz, then the .tar inside.
You should end with a folder containing images/ subfolder and flash_all.bat.
