Solution: Your Android version is too low. Download an older APK version (look for "nodpi" or "Android 7+").
Solution: Perform a hard reset. Unplug the unit, press and hold the reset button (inside AV hole), plug back in while holding for 10 seconds. Then redo the Magico Box setup download from Phase 2. Magico Box Setup Download
