To expand your Lucha Ninja experience:
If the stage includes a turnbuckle or ropes, characters can run up them. The infamous "Ladder Jutsu" allows any character to summon a steel ladder and perform a diving attack that bypasses standard blocking.
Every fighter starts with a mask. Taking too much damage (or losing a round) causes the mask to crack. If the mask falls off, the character loses access to "Ninja Lucha" specials but gains a berserker mode—typically a reference to Naruto's Nine-Tails mode or Sasuke's Curse Mark, but here it's flavored as "Rudo Bloodlust."
