Your first week determines your entire run. Follow this blueprint:
Day 1: Ignore the flirting. Go straight to Security Logs. Identify the three prisoners with the highest "Violence" stat. Assign them to Solitary immediately. This prevents the first riot.

Day 3: The first forced boss encounter (Gang Leader). Do not use high-MP skills. Use basic attacks and "Shield Slam" (low MP) to keep your Resistance high. Let the fight drag; you are learning to manage Sensation, not win quickly.
