No official, updated graphics driver for the Intel i3-380M was released by Intel in 2021. The last official drivers from Intel for this GPU were released in 2015 (Version 15.22.54.2622 for Windows 7/8.1) and 2016 (Version 9.17.10.4229 for Windows 10). Microsoft still hosts a driver signed in 2019 (which works well in 2021).
This is the best "2021" experience because Microsoft has retroactively tested it for Windows 10 21H1. Before troubleshooting, know what you are working with:
The i3-380M uses Intel HD Graphics (Ironlake/Arrandale) . Intel officially discontinued driver support for this generation back in June 2015.

First, the bad news. Intel officially stopped supporting the i3-380M (1st Gen Core / Ironlake) graphics driver after Windows 7.
If you try to run the Intel Driver & Support Assistant on a laptop with an i3-380M, it will politely tell you that your product is "discontinued" and redirects you to your laptop manufacturer (Dell, HP, Acer, Lenovo, etc.).
If you want the Intel Graphics Properties menu (to tweak scaling or rotation), you need the last Windows 8.1 driver.
