Once you have downloaded the driver (likely a ZIP file), follow these steps for a clean installation on Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Step 2: Run the Installer Extract the ZIP file and look for Setup.exe or Install.exe. Right-click and select "Run as Administrator." Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the installation.

Step 3: Plug in the Device Connect the Geomaster GM-2020 to your PC via the USB cable. Wait for the "Device Ready" notification.

Step 4: Verify in Device Manager This is the most critical step.
