Since the Wii U discs are encrypted, you cannot simply drag and drop the disc files. If you experience stuttering or visual glitches:

Loading the Game:

While not as moddable as the PC version, the Wii U dump of FIFA 13 can be tweaked.

Use Cemu 1.26.2f or later (newer versions improve Vulkan rendering and input lag).
