Without a license, the FortiGate will operate in Evaluation Mode (usually 15 days) or restrict to 1 Mbps throughput. By default, the firewall runs in "Flow-based" mode
To get wire-speed throughput (near 10 Gbps or more) from this v7.2.1 image, you must optimise the KVM host.
