Before you search for software, you must address the physical hardware:

Epson printers have absorbent pads inside that collect ink used during head cleaning or borderless printing. The printer tracks usage. Once the counter hits 100%, the printer stops working and shows an error. This does NOT mean the pads are full – Epson uses a very conservative limit. Resetting the counter is common, but you should eventually clean/replace the pads.
