Elmwood University - Ep.3 is WickedWare’s masterpiece to date. It tightens the pacing, deepens the characters, and delivers on the promise of the first two episodes. The improved rendering and branching complexity make it highly replayable at least three times to see all major paths. The only flaw? A few minor typos in the dialogue log, and the cliffhanger ending will leave you craving Episode 4 immediately.

Previously on Elmwood University... You discovered that the missing student, Sarah, was last seen entering the restricted section of the Library. After a tense confrontation with the Vice Principal, you found a strange, glowing symbol on your dorm room door. Now, the lights have gone out.
Previous episodes confined players to the Liberal Arts building and the dorms. Episode 3 opens up the campus—but not in a way anyone expected. A new “spatial anomaly” means the university’s geometry is actively hostile. The player will navigate the Catacombs of St. Agnes (a real, forgotten basement beneath the chapel) and the Mirror Wing of the library, where reflections move independently. WickedWare has implemented a new “Orientation” mechanic. A compass appears on screen, but it doesn’t point north. Instead, it points to “stable time” or towards danger. Ignore it, and you might loop the same hallway for twenty minutes—or worse, run into a “Recurring” (an Echo that has gained physical form).
