Keep one dedicated Windows XP laptop with PanelBuilder32 installed. Never connect it to the internet. Use sneakernet (USB drive) for file transfers.

Rockwell offers trade-in credits when you migrate from PanelView Standard to PanelView 5000 or CompactLogix. This does not give you the software but funds your upgrade.
