The Software Delivery Cloud is the official repository for all Oracle licensed products, including Fusion Middleware.

You cannot download Oracle Forms as a standalone, modern installer from Oracle’s public website. It is part of the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack or the legacy Oracle Developer Suite. To get it, you generally need: download oracle forms

You will see a list of available files. Common options include:

A: Oracle has moved many middleware products to the Software Delivery Cloud. Also, Oracle Forms is bundled with Oracle Reports and Oracle Designer, so you must search for the suite name.

You will be presented with a dropdown menu for “Platform.” Choose your operating system: The Software Delivery Cloud is the official repository

Next to the platform, click “Select” for the specific release. For most new projects, choose the latest 14c release. For production environments requiring long-term stability, choose 12c (12.2.1.4.0) .
