Dishonored - French Italian German Spanish Language Pack Fitgirl Repack <Must See>

By default, FitGirl repacks save hard drive space by compressing everything, but they allow you to opt out of textures or voiceovers you don't want. If you only have English audio/text:

What is happening? You are adding files like:
\Dishonored\Game\Localization\INT (English)
\Dishonored\Game\Localization\FRA (French)
\Dishonored\Game\Localization\ITA (Italian)
\Dishonored\Game\Localization\DEU (German)
\Dishonored\Game\Localization\ESN (Spanish) By default, FitGirl repacks save hard drive space

...plus the voice banks in \Dishonored\Game\CookedPCConsole\ (e.g., French_000.fdp).

When you download the FitGirl repack of Dishonored (base game + DLCs including The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches), the installer offers selective download options. By default, the "Voiceover English" box is checked. The "Voiceover Multilingual 2" (containing French, Italian, German, Spanish) is often left unchecked to save 1.2GB to 1.8GB of data. What is happening

Consequence: If you didn't check those boxes during setup, you cannot switch languages in the game menu. You will only hear English.

The Solution: Download the standalone language pack and manually inject the files into your game directory. Cause: The DefaultEngine

Cause: The DefaultEngine.ini file is pointing only to English. Fix:

If you are learning Spanish, Dishonored has slow, deliberate scripted dialogue, making it an excellent immersion tool.
