Though technically a bridge, Charles Bridge is lined with streets and offers a unique experience. The bridge itself is adorned with statues of saints and provides stunning views of the Vltava River. The streets leading to and from the bridge, especially on the Lesser Town side, are filled with artists, street performers, and vendors.

Number one on many lists, this former 16th-century row of colorful houses was once home to castle guards, goldsmiths, and later, writer Franz Kafka.
