→ YES: Restart, it's quick to catch up.
→ NO: Probably not worth it unless the meta completely changed. Once you hit "New Game," do not follow the tutorial blindly
Do you have a limited-time event Devil?
→ YES: DO NOT RESTART. You'll lose them forever.
→ NO: Safe to restart.
