"IPA" stands for iOS App Store Package. In the modding and preservation community, an .ipa file is the archived installation file for an iOS app. The original Card Wars was removed from the App Store years ago due to licensing expirations (Turner Broadcasting and Cartoon Network ceased active support). Consequently, you cannot download it legally from Apple anymore. v1110ipa refers to a preserved, updated binary that can be sideloaded onto modern iOS devices.
