Account Details

When you create an account we will use the information in the current order to generate an account number and setup your account. Upon the completion of your order you will receive an email containing your account password and instructions for accessing the Customer Portal.

Note: For security purposes, your credit card information is not stored with your account information. In fact, we never see your credit card data or have access to it. As is common in the industry, your credit card information is passed through a secure gateway directly to the credit card processor when you place an order on our site. Your credit card data is always safe when you shop with us!

License Transfer

To transfer a license, start a registered version of WBS Schedule Pro and select File-Unregister. This puts the license back so it can be registered elsewhere.

In the event that the software is no longer available due to a hard drive failure, re-format, or re-image, contact us with the User Name or Computer Name. We will then reset that license here so you can register again.

Remember: Uninstalling the software does not Unregister the software!

Manage all orders with your new account

If you have ordered online from us in the past but never created an account, creating an account now will allow us to associate all orders (made on or after March 7, 2017) with this new account for easier management of orders, purchase codes (coming soon) and registered users (coming soon).

If your previous orders (made on or after March 7, 2017) were made with the same email address that you are using to make your current order, we will automatically associate these old orders with your new account.

Our strong recommendation: Buy the game on sale (frequently drops to $12–15). The co-op experience alone is worth the price, and you’ll avoid the headache of chasing “fixed” cracks.

The reactor UI had a memory leak in the original crack when switching between electrical panels. The fix patches the UI refresh rate, reducing RAM usage by ~200MB over a 3-hour session.

In the original broken crack, saving near a location with wrecks or ruins triggered a JSON serialization error. The fixed version replaces the corrupted serialization handler, allowing unlimited saves without crashes.

Solution: Set all computers to the same IPv4 subnet (e.g., 192.168.1.x) and disable IPv6.

Solution: Copy 0Harmony.dll from the Barotrauma_Data/Managed folder into the root directory.

If you are diving back into Barotrauma with this update, expect a smoother experience in both Campaign and Mission modes. The update ensures that the game’s challenging survival mechanics remain the biggest threat to your crew, rather than code errors.

How to Update: The update should apply automatically via Steam. If you are running a dedicated server, ensure you update the server files to v1.0.21.0 to prevent version mismatch errors for connecting players.

Happy diving, and remember: The Europa trench is unforgiving, but at least your game client won't crash on you now.
