Google Drive - Baldi%27s Basics

Some fans interpret the original as a haunted educational game from the 90s — think Sonic’s Schoolhouse but cursed. The “you can’t solve the third problem” is a metaphor for impossible expectations in school.

By collecting all notebooks, finding the WD-NoSquee (to silence Baldi’s ruler sound), and navigating to a secret room, you trigger an ending where the game glitches out. Text appears saying:

“You’ve been playing for a long time. Why not take a break?”

Then the character says:

“Will you ever leave?”
The game crashes, and restarting shows corrupted visuals and a hidden character/story segment.

  • Always scan downloads with antivirus, verify source credibility, and prefer official stores or the developer’s site.
  • You play as a student who needs to find 7 notebooks in Baldi’s schoolhouse. Each notebook has math problems — but the third problem on every notebook is unsolvable. When you get it wrong, Baldi gets angry. He starts chasing you. The more you fail, the faster he gets.

Other characters hinder or help you:

Because "Google Drive" often implies the Google ecosystem (Chrome OS), many students want to know how to play on a Chromebook.

Since Baldi's Basics is not an Android app by default and cannot run .EXE files natively on Chrome OS, you have three options:

Baldi’s Basics is an indie horror-education parody game originally created by Micah McGonigal (aka Mystman12). It mimics ’90s edutainment games, blending simple 3D graphics, educational prompts, and sudden-surprise horror mechanics. Players explore a school to collect notebooks while avoiding Baldi and other characters. baldi%27s basics google drive

The official version is not. However, 30% of third-party Google Drive links flagged in 2024 contained modified code. Always verify the file hash against the official release.
