First, admire your Aqua Dongle. It’s likely compact, possibly blue or translucent, and might even have a small LED that looks like a fish eye. Do not plug it into anything wet, despite the name. “Aqua” here refers to its purpose (marine electronics, water-resistant gear, or a brand name), not its ability to function as a submarine.
