The VST bundle will reside in: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Antares/Auto-Tune 5.vst If Cubase fails to load it, make sure you are running the 32-bit version of Cubase. Cubase 64-bit from 2014 onward will likely reject this plugin.
