Angry Birds Epic Codes
While there are no cheat codes for free currency, there is a redemption system in the game, but it is strictly for Friends.
In previous years, Rovio released a "Friend Code" system where players could share a unique ID. If a new player entered a veteran's Friend Code, both parties would receive a small reward (usually a couple of Lucky Coins or Friendship Essence).

In the original release, players could link their Facebook accounts to the game. Doing so granted you free Friendship Essences (used to re-roll item stats) and allowed you to borrow "Facebook Friends" birds to help in battle. These birds were essentially overpowered "mercenaries" that carried you through difficult levels.
However, as Facebook API policies changed over the years, Rovio removed this feature. The "Facebook Connect" button became a ghost town, and a legitimate strategy for free resources was lost to time, leaving many new players confused about how to get Friendship Essences without paying.
